Do you guys cater?
We do not provide any catering services at our venue. All food/catering arrangements must be made by the renter
Do we need to bring anything?
You need to bring your own dinnerware, decorations and any other items that will be specific to your wedding. We provide the tent, grounds, tables, chairs, and toilets. Food and alcohol must also be brought in by the renter. Liquor permits must be completed prior to any event held on the premises
Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?
Small and intimate is our specialty. We are specialized in weddings under 150 people
How many people fit in the barn? How much space is there for our event?
The barn is 3,200 square feet which can accommodate 150 people comfortably with our 5 foot round tables. We also have a 800 square foot tent can accommodate up to 80 for overflow if required. The tent is available at an extra cost

As for space, we have 5 acres of manicured yard for the formal gatherings, with another 20 acres of natural prairie landscape in the back for pictures or walks
Is there parking?
We have 4 acres of parking space available with overflow out back. We can park all the vehicles that you'll need
How long do you get the barn for a booking and what are some of the basic guidelines with booking a wedding?
When you book the Grand Wedding Package, you get the barn from Friday at 4:00PM to Sunday at 12:00PM. When you book an Elopement Wedding Package, you get the barn from 9:00AM- 2:00AM (next day) on the date that you book.
Some of the basic expectations we have are to keep the grounds clean, to leave the property in the same condition you found it, that no outdoor music is played after 10:00PM, that guests don't trespass onto neighbouring properties, and that renters take responsibility to for the guests they invite.
Do you have staff that help with set up, take down, and clean up?
It is expected that the renter will arrange their own volunteers to help them with set up and clean up. Although, we are always around to lend a helping hand. If you decide to opt out of clean up there is an additional charge.
